a cookie is kept on your computer when u visit websites. it tells everywhere u visit what u done,everymove u made!then anyone can go look at your history by getting into your cookies by some computers u can simply type cookies into start button and click there to gain info on others u type in command propts or keep tapping your"f"buttons on top of keyboard go to google,ask,or bing all has info type how to see saved cookies on your computer these can explain better than i can hope this helps
